COMING IN SEPTEMBER: Clooney/Pitt Fixer Films

In anticipation of this month’s release of Wolfs on Apple TV, we decided to take a look at “fixer” films through the years. These are stories where someone is hired to come in and clean up a mess. Whether that’s taking care of a blabbermouth who was a little too chatty about a job they pulled, finding a missing person, or tidying up a car filled with someone’s brains, these people are specialists who know how to get the job done.

In Wolfs, the new film from director Jon Watts, Brad Pitt and George Clooney play two fixers who’ve been hired to do the same job. That was our starting off point for the month, and what we discovered in our research is that these two guys both have several fixer titles in their filmographies, so each week’s episode will feature a film that includes at least one of them. And we’ll have one of our Rewatch and Reconsider bonus episodes in there too. Here’s the September schedule:
